Bios ("About Me" for nyulangone.org profiles only) *NOTE: For new bios, you MUST attach a completed questionnaire or a self-written bio as a Word document.
Photo or video needs (if you need to schedule your portrait session, please use this calendar).

For updates to research summaries, specialties, conditions, treatments, credentials, board certifications, insurance, languages spoken, office address, and publications on a provider or faculty profile, please use the public profile tool (self-service) or create a ticket here.

To update your “Positions,” please have your department administrator work directly with their contact in the Office of Faculty Records.
