Service Trouble Calls are an initial assessment of your problem and require an upfront deposit to secure your appointment

Non-Members = $150
A Service Trouble Call will take no more than 30min., at which point the technician will have identified the necessary repairs. Within that time you will be provided with an estimate (parts and/or labor) to fix your unit. All deposits paid are applied to your final invoice. Members receive 15% off all parts.
Simple repairs can usually be performed at the same appointment. More serious repairs, or repairs that require specialty parts to be ordered, will need to have a follow-up appointment to ensure adequate time/parts for the service.
