About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of the Design Team, working alongside a group of skilled and creative designers to support the Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams. This role is a chance to build your career and grow as a designer while taking on a variety of projects, including mobile landing page designs for clients and prospects, sales collateral, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and other design tasks as needed. The work will need to follow Mobiz brand guidelines or those of our clients. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualise and execute high-quality design projects based on client briefs.

• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design concepts.

• Use industry-standard graphic design software to bring ideas to life.

• Apply feedback constructively to refine and improve designs.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback.

• Manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while producing visually engaging work.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

• Develop a strong understanding of the Mobiz product.

• Apply UI and UX principles to campaign designs and provide strategic design recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Graphic Design or a related field.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in digital or graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design work.

Bonus Skills

• Experience as a designer in a SaaS environment.

• Mobile app design experience.

• Knowledge of animation and/or motion graphics.

• Interest in UI/UX for mobile platforms.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm

This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work 2 days a week in office.

Must have a secure and reliable internet at home.
