Submission Deadline:
All project requests must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and are reviewed weekly on Wednesdays
Review Process:
A member of the Information Technology team will follow-up with the requestor as soon as possible to provide an update on the project request status. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all project requests we receive.
Audio-Visual Component:
If this project has an audio-visual component requiring a modification to a space, please review the Space Committee Guidelines.
Eligibility:
All project requests must be submitted by a GGC employee
Project Prioritization:
Projects that align to the GGC Strategic Plan will receive priority, and those not mapped to the plan may not be accepted. A justification for any chosen strategic goal may be requested in order to determine a project's priority.
Notification and Collaboration:
Upon project acceptance the requestor may receive an invitation to our Work Management tool, ClickUp, so that they may seamlessly collaborate and view the status of their request in real-time.
