Due to high number of requests, we have limited strategy sessions that has a $5 reservation/cancellation fee. The expected duration is 45 to 60 minutes.

Step 1: Please answer a few questions here about your request and immigration history. If you have RFE, NOID, denial notice or criminal history, please upload that at the link below or email us at wecare@johntinglaw.com. This will allow us to better guide you and verify if you qualify for our services. For prompt service, please reply to our message or answer our call.

Step 2: After you click submit, you will be redirected to pay $5 to reserve a spot. Thank you for understanding as a few people have abused the booking opportunity.

Step 3: After you pay, then you will be redirected to our appointment calendar page will appear for you to self schedule.

One of our Client Care Specialist will meet you on the day you scheduled to prequalify you for immigration status eligibility.

If your case involves an employment-based or investor visa (including EB, L1, TN, or similar categories), you must schedule a Strategy Session with an attorney. If you book a Prequalification Session for these matters, your appointment will be canceled, and the $5 fee will not be refunded.
