Sample Drop-off Directions

📝 Please fill out the sample submission form (below) prior to dropping off samples

🏥 Samples should be dropped off inside of the HSSC's -20C chest freezer in the entryway of the Rangos Research Building

• • Freezer is located between the sets of sliding doors

  • Please submit samples between 8:00AM and 4:00PM on Monday - Friday

    • Freezer is accessible 24-hours a day

📦 All samples should be placed in a secure container that is labelled with:

✔ Principal investigator name

✔ Project contact name

✔ Sample drop-off date

❄ Samples should be dropped off in proper storage conditions:

🖊 All samples should be clearly labelled and should correspond to the sample ID form submitted below (drag and drop into the form)

📩 Please email the lab to confirm sample drop-off

• • It is not required to wait for lab personnel to retrieve samples

🗑 Samples will be held for four weeks following the completion of the project before being discarded (see form below for selection)
