The Crystal Prism Application Process


We seek members who value diversity, who respect sensible personal boundaries, who understand the impact of toxic words and phrases often thrown around in the online world, and who accept others regardless of their social/personal identities. Note: A Discord username IS REQUIRED for members to join our FC community. To create a free account using an email address, please visit https://discord.com/ and download the Discord app, or use the web-based application. Please ensure you have a Discord username before applying.


Step 1: Review the Crystal Prism Guidelines before submitting an application


Step 2: Complete and submit the Crystal Prism FC Application found below.


Step 3: After submitting your application, you'll see a confirmation page where you can join our Crystal Prism Discord server. You will be placed in a recruitment channel with restricted access.


Step 4: A Crystal Prism officer will review your application within 1-2 business days, and will make one of the following decisions:

(A) You may be invited for a brief interview via Discord (usually 20 minutes) so we can get to know you better. Be sure you joined the Crystal Prism Discord (you'll get the link when submitting your application). This will allow us to identify your name and message you in Discord.

or

(B) You may be asked to elaborate on your responses from your application in writing. (This occurs uncommonly, and only when insufficient responses are provided to determine whether an interview is appropriate.)

or

(C) Your application may be denied based on your submission. (This occurs very rarely.)
