EpicCare Link password/2FA reset


Please only use this form if the following is true.

  • Your EpicCare Link password does not work

  • You have not set your Challenge questions OR you are unable to answer the questions

  • Your Site Administrator is unable to reset your password OR you do not know who they are (please ask a colleague as you may get a quicker resolution)


OR


  • You are unable to log in to EpicCare Link because of a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) issue

  • You have checked your authentication apps and emails but you are unable to find the 2FA code

  • Your Site Administrator is unable to reset your 2FA


If you have not contacted your Site Administrator for help, please do so before filling this form in as not doing so may delay your login access being reset.


We strongly advise you to set your challenge questions to avoid a loss of access again. To set your challenge questions please follow these steps:


1. Click the “Menu" icon on the top right-hand corner

2. In the “Menu” section click “Settings”

3. Under “User Settings” select “Challenge Questions”

4. Enter your password

 5. Set your Questions and Answers, make sure they are memorable to you, and “Accept”


Should you forget your password, the system will ask you your selected Challenge Question.

 

We also strongly advise recording your 2FA reset code in case you can no longer access the email or authentication app that you used when setting this up. If you have lost access to either the email or authentication app, the reset code will allow you to reset the 2FA authentication and start the process again.
