Service requested here can include, but is not limited to, notifying us when a printer is out of toner, staples, or regular 8.5X11 20# White paper, needs a new waste toner bottle, has a paper or staple jam, is showing an error code, has print, scan, or copy quality issues, etc.
We do check the networked printers during each business day, but additional information and notifications from our end users are always welcome to ensure that we know about any issues and can resolve them in as timely a manner as possible.
