Application for Acaia's Barista Competitor Sponsorship Program

Upon submitting this form, you agree to and confirm the following:

  1. All information you provide will remain private between you and Acaia. This includes contact information, routine information, and any other identifying information.

  2. You have registered for the competition: We can only sponsor registered competitors. Please do not fill this out if there is no event date available. You can only choose one event type (Brewer's Cup or Barista) to be sponsored in.

  3. You have reviewed Acaia's sponsorship policy, including the Code of Conduct.

  4. You have reviewed all of the program's details and understand what to expect. Take note of the program's limitations before you spend time filling this out. We do not sponsor the same barista again.

Applications close according to the following timeline:

  • Non-US: Six weeks before the event date

  • US: One month before the event date

You can use this website to calculate your raffle date. If the date falls on the weekend or holiday, the raffle will occur on the previous business workday. For example, if it's on Sunday, the raffle will be done on Friday. If it's on Tuesday and it's a holiday, then it will be on Monday.
