Flodesk is required to collect and remit sales tax for members' paid subscriptions in certain states.

Some organizations—such as charitable, religious, scientific, or educational organizations—may be exempt from sales tax. 

If you fall into this category, submit your state sales tax exemption certificate to be processed. Please ensure the certificate is signed and dated.
