I am so excited that you are interested in speaking at the Sales Ninja Summit! My Mission is to help empower, equip, and release people to learn how to launch, grow, and scale businesses so that they can sell more to give more.
I want to help people to break the cycle of poverty that they are stuck in by teaching them the right way to sell.
When people think about sales, they think it’s a sleazy icky thing that is pushy and aggressive, which it can be. But I look at sales as leadership. Selling is leadership. And leadership is about facilitating a conversation that helps people get what they want, not convincing them against their will. I learned how to help people get what they want in a way that isn’t forceful, aggressive, or manipulative.
So by helping people learn to sell in a way that feels good to them and makes them feel confident, they get to make more money, impact more people, and give more.
Through this impact, I want to help stop child trafficking. I have children of my own, and child trafficking happens everywhere, even in our backyards. It's devastating. These rescue missions need a lot of funding, and if we don’t sell more, we can’t give more to them. So, as I have broken out of the poverty mindset I grew up with, I am giving more to industries that help end child trafficking.
