• Kindly ensure to include the sales invoice as proof of purchase.

• Kindly allow up to 7 working days for us to receive and process your

   return/exchange request.

• All delivery costs incurred for any returns and exchanges done online

will be borne by you, the customer.

Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:

• Delivery charges for the returns/exchanges of defective items will be

   reimbursed as MS. READ Perks points equivalent.
