If you believe that you hve been tricked into sending money to a fraudster (APP Fraud):

Please raise to https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ and share a copy of the report via this form or send to compliance@telleroo.com along with supporting evidence (e.g. fraudulent invoices, email communications etc).


For all recalls not related to fraud:

Please note that Telleroo do not process recalls for payments less than £25.
