IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pickup/Dropoff services are guaranteed no longer than a 72 hour turn-around. Pickup/drop off at desired location can be scheduled during any available time slot, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Friday laundry pick up can only offer a 72 hour turnaround and Thursday can only offer 24 or 72 due to the weekend. In the event of inclement weather, pickup/dropoff may be changed by GPower Cleaning Services manager’s discretion. Client will be given no less than a 2 hour notice of change. If a scheduled pickup or drop off is missed, due to lack of communication on the part of the client, a $25 fee will be implemented to cover our drivers’ costs. GCS can provide client with laundry bags, to make transportation easier, or they may use their own baskets, if preferred. Personal baskets must be marked. Client may also separate before pickup, or allow GCS to separate at our discretion. GCS is not liable for any damages when clients separate their own laundry.
