Custom Design Interest and Request Process
Custom Design Package - $100
What You Get: We will design two icons and print two decal sheets for each icon. Each decal sheet can have multiple sizes of icons on it. Standard size requests include 3 mm (knee pads), 6 mm (shoulder pads), 8 mm (larger shoulder pads), 10 mm (small vehicle), 15 mm (vehicle doors), 20 (large vehicle), and 25 mm (oversized). Ideal for an entire army.
Squad Markings Option: Any one of the two icons can be replaced with a custom squad marking decal sheet if desired.
Fixed Price: Our price is non-negotiable at $100. No haggling or bargaining.
Exclusivity: We don't replicate Games Workshop iconography or print external designs. This is a custom design service, not a printing service.
No Discounts: Our focus is on unique, high-quality design, not discounts.
Shipping: U.S. domestic shipping is included. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 via USPS or $50 via DHL.
Reprints: For $75, we offer reprints of any previous design without alterations, including three sheets of your chosen icon. Please note: international shipping incurs an additional charge.

A comprehensive set of STL files that contain all the Doors, Icons and Shoulderpads you’ll need to 3D print at home and deck your army out in style.
Each STL Chapter Set includes 3D printable files for:
A trio of Repulsor sized doors including 2 side doors and a back door.
A pair of Landraider sized doors
A pair of Rhino sized doors both classic and Deimos sized.
Rhino sized top and rear hatches.
4 shoulderpad options. Classic sized, Classic sized with Brims, Terminator and Primaris sized pads.
3 Rhino sized front panel options including Deimos sized panels.
3 stand alone icon sizes. 10mm, 15mm, 20mm

Can you print the bundle for me? No, we offer design and print ready files, but there are a number of places online such as Shapeways where you can have them printed.

Here's how our process works:
Lead Time Acknowledgement: By filling out this form, you acknowledge and accept an estimated lead time of up to 8 weeks for your custom design project. We strive to deliver exceptional quality, which necessitates this time frame.
Terms: Submitting this form does not automatically guarantee service. We reserve the right to decline requests due to complexity, time constraints, equipment limitations, or if the content is deemed inappropriate. This includes designs that are racist, sexist, religiously derogatory, politically offensive, or generally offensive in nature. While such refusals are rare, our commitment is to maintain a respectful and inclusive service environment. We aim to accommodate as many projects as possible within these guidelines.
Submission of Request: To proceed, complete this form with all required details, including clear reference images, specific design instructions, and precise measurements in millimeters for your decals. Remember, accuracy is a must with small-scale models—we rely on your dimensions. We cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies in the measurements you supply.
Incomplete Submissions: Please make sure that your form is fully completed. Incomplete submissions or those lacking essential details like reference images or design instructions will be automatically disregarded and deleted without further notice. Double-check your submission for completeness before sending it.
Single Submission Policy: Please fill out the form only once. Submitting multiple entries will result in the deletion of both entries. This policy ensures fairness and efficiency in handling requests.
Review and Acceptance: We will carefully review the design reference image you submit. If your project is in line with our capabilities and is accepted, you will be notified, typically via email, and an invoice will be issued through our online store. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal. Prompt payment within 72 hours is necessary to secure your spot—otherwise, it may be offered to the next client on our waitlist.
Payment Policy: Please note that design work begins only after full payment.
Order Processing: Requests are addressed in the order they are received, ensuring fairness and efficiency in our workflow.
Specific Exclusions: We do not collaborate with commission painters under deadline constraints or provide custom decals for painting competitions. For such urgent requirements, hand painting is recommended.
Waitlist Inquiries: While we understand your eagerness to know your waitlist status, we ask that you refrain from making inquiries. We assure you we will reach out as soon as your turn approaches or if we've reviewed your design job and declined. Our commitment is to address each request with the utmost care and attention it deserves.
