Prismatic Coaching is my 1:1 strength and movement coaching program.
It's not just about workouts, it’s a path to unlocking your movement goals and living your colorful life! In this 1:1 strength and movement program, you’re the VIP! Your workout plan is tailored to you using many strength and conditioning strategies that will help you take action and reach those goals. I’ll be there by your side as your workout buddy helping you find enjoyment in your fitness plan and stay consistent.
Prismatic Coaching is a size-inclusive program that does not coach intentional weight loss.
I won't lie to you or pretend to be something I'm not: If you're looking for a "tough love" coach that will be strict and push you to go hard, I'm not the coach for you.
If you're looking for a kind and patient coach who will help you listen to your body, I might be the coach for you! During coaching, I prioritize rest and adjusting your workout to match how you're feeling on workout days.

Filling out this application doesn't commit you to training- it just helps me learn a little about you. Once you submit your application and it's accepted, we'll set up a (free) roadmap session to talk about your goals and see if we're a good coaching fit!
When you become a Prismatic Coaching client, you being with a three-month training commitment with weekly check-ins. I've found three months to be the minimum amount of time it takes to really get comfortable with a new workout program. After three months, you have the option of staying with weekly check-ins or switching to monthly ones.
Your investment for the initial three month package is $1,347, or $449 for three months when you split pay.
