The QA Analyst position focuses on monitoring the performance of language interpreters and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. As a QA Analyst, you will be critical in maintaining quality standards and supporting interpreters in improving their performance.

Willingness to work the graveyard shift and weekends (this is a key requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess interpreter performance.
Ensure KPIs are consistently on target.
Provide actionable feedback to interpreters to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with the team to improve training and development processes.
Requirements (for internal applications):
6 months of tenure at FC BPO.
Proficient in computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
Reliable, with a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Willing to work the graveyard shift and weekends. This is a key requirement.
The following KPIs must have been on target during January and February
QA: 90% and above (2 months)
CSAT: 4.75 and above (2 months)
Schedule Adherence: 95% and above (2 months)
Tenure: 6 months minimum
