Sales Analyst Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Analyst to join our Business Development (BD) team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure seamless teamwork and help achieve ambitious growth goals. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and passionate about sales, this is your opportunity to build a strong sales pipeline and gain valuable experience in residential real estate development and homebuilding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enrich and manage existing leads: Work within HubSpot to validate and update lead profiles with key details, such as website addresses, locations, and community types.

• Conduct creative online research: Identify new communities, developers, and key contacts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Grow and maintain the lead database: Create and update community profiles and deal statuses in HubSpot while ensuring data accuracy.

• Assist with HubSpot maintenance: Update deal close dates, deal statuses, and ensure the CRM is organized and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with the team: Gain industry knowledge, refine your approach, and contribute to the team’s success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a sales team.

• Proactive and independent: Strong bias for action, comfortable reaching out with questions or alerting team members to high-value prospects.

• Tech-savvy: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, with experience using Slack and Google Suite.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring data accuracy and smooth communication flow.
