Job Description: Join our team and help ensure smooth communication for Arabic-speaking individuals across various situations. As an interpreter, you will provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services to bridge the gap between English and Arabic speakers. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home.

🖥️ Mandatory Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or higher (Intel i5 5th Gen or equivalent / 8GB RAM). Mac/iOS is NOT allowed.

  • USB headset with microphone (for clear audio communication).

  • Stable internet connection via Ethernet cable or Ethernet adapter (Wi-Fi is not allowed) 10Mbps Download / 3 Mbps Upload / Jitter ≤30ms / Latency ≤150ms

  • Webcam with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (for video interpretation sessions).

  • Accurately interpret spoken information between English and Arabic.

  • Assist doctors, healthcare providers, and customers with individuals who do not speak English.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

  • Provide high-quality service and positive interaction with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure clear and professional communication during video remote interpreting sessions.

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic.

  • 1+ years of proven experience as an interpreter.

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Exceptional listening, retention, and note-taking skills.

  • Professional enunciation and pronunciation skills with a pleasant, clear voice.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
