Request a Refund

Please provide a Shopify invoice that includes your GemPages subscription in PDF form. Invoices can be found in the Bills section of the Billing page in your Shopify admin. Your invoice should look like this.


If you are still on a paid plan, please make sure to uninstall GemPages so that we can correctly calculate the refund.
