  1. We can ship the NBI clearance from Toronto to anywhere in Canada. The appropriate shipping cost will be applied.

We will review your form and contact you if there is anything else needed. Payment instructions will be provided if the application is complete. The cost is $99 (+ applicable tax) per certificate and will be available for pick-up at 168B Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 1A6 (near the Philippine Consulate General - Toronto). Applicable charges apply for mailing to your address anywhere within Canada.
