Managerial Approval Required

Before proceeding, please ensure you have obtained approval from your direct supervisor or department leader. This mandatory approval aims to streamline the consultation process while ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.

Prioritization of Requests

Our team receives numerous requests, and while we aim to address each one promptly, our approach is to prioritize tasks based on their relevance to the overarching goals of the university and availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Requests & Scheduling

All Requests Must Be Submitted in Advance. Below is a list of the minimum time accommodations based on the project's scope:

10 Business Days Minimum

  • Event Photos

  • Studio Photoshoot

20 Business Days Minimum

  • Video Services

Omitting details or specifications may lead to delays.

Provide as much information as possible when using the form below. Requests lacking adequate details will not be processed.

All communications must adhere to the LSUA Brand Guidelines.

The Division of Strategic Communications has the final authority for interpreting and implementing brand policies and etiquette.


For Employee Headshots:

New staff and faculty must have their headshots taken upon starting their employment and every three years thereafter.

Headshots are provided every Monday from 3-4 p.m. in Mulder Hall, Room 163 (Across from the Mac Lab)


For Graphic Design Support:

Our division offers Canva, an enterprise design platform fully equipped with many pre-built templates designed to suit various communication needs for both digital and print graphics. This enables staff or faculty to create professional visuals that align with our institution's branding guidelines.

Each department within the organization has been allocated a Canva account that is shared among its constituents.

All graphics (flyers, postcards, signs, digital graphics, etc.) should be created using LSUA's Canva system. To gain access, please contact your department supervisor.

Opening a New Canva Account

If your department does not yet have a Canva account, you can request one to be created. Each Canva account comes with an annual subscription cost of $140. To initiate this process, you'll need to provide the following information: 

  • Department Email (yourdepartment@lsua.edu): If you don't already have a department-specific email, you can request one via the IET Helpdesk. This email will be used as the login for the Canva account.

  • Worktag (Program, Gift, or Grant): To cover the $140/year subscription cost, please provide a valid billing worktag for your department.


For Logos & Branding

All Logo downloads and usage guidelines are available at www.lsua.edu/logos. Each college, department, office, and division of LSUA is provided a Program Logo that utilizes LSUA's Official Logo. Program Logos can be created by request if one does not already exist.
